Hello everyone on this festive Christmas Eve Day 2017!

Who is ready, who is excited, and who will make the nicest memories? It seems the days are speeding faster with each coming year. I remember my mother telling me that the older you get, the faster the time goes. I thought she was pulling my leg, yet the older I get the more her words ring true. We all know that the passage of time never speeds or slows, it remains ever constant, yet it really does seem as if the years are passing faster than when I was a child. Back then one year seemed a lifetime, it would never arrive at its end so I could marvel at all the festive wonders that only happened at this time of year, waiting for Santa, and all the goodies that the season holds.

I love Christmas, always have. There is a feeling in the air that is magical; the entire Yuletide is magical. I wish the feelings it bring would last each and every day throughout the year. If it did, maybe the world could find peace everlasting. It is a wish one can only hope will come true. I wish this for each of you, regardless of your beliefs, traditions or celebrations, and even if you do not celebrate. We all enjoy special times spent with those special to us in whatever way that may be. May the season bring you joy, peace, and good memories to recall as each new day passes.
