Rusty B’s July Newsletter 2020…
Greetings everyone! Welcome to my news of July, which is not too much this month as nothing is happening because of Covid restrictions. Stores are finally opening – as well as bookstores – but no public author events yet and may not be for some time to come. But there are always online events and thank the Good Lord for that.
I have my own views on what is happening in Canada and the world, as do many, many others, but my Newsletter is not the place to discuss them. Besides, there must be some form of sanity and control over one’s life and if you don’t feel as if you have it, then take it back. You are the only one that can.
My multi-award-winning, 5 star-awarded romance drama, The Perils of Autumn, has been making the internet rounds and will continue to do so. I invite you to follow along. This month, the novel, along with me as its author was featured on two well-traveled sites. First up, was Book Reader Magazine where the applauded novel was Featured Book of the Day on July 8th. You may check out the article here: https://bookreadermagazine.com/the-perils-of-autumn-by-rusty-blackwood-5/
Perils second appearance of July was on Discount Book Man as their Featured Book of the Day. This fine article can be viewed here: https://discountbookman.com/the-perils-of-autumn-by-rusty-blackwood-3/#more-391574
Both articles invite comments and are sharable. If you enjoy them, I invite you to comment, and share. It will be greatly appreciated by me and the two sites that support the authors they do, me being one of them. I thank you in advance.
Recently, Book Reader Magazine reposted a featured interview they did with me a while back. Just take this secure link: https://interviewswithwriters.com/interview-with-author-rusty-blackwood/
The Perils of Autumn’s exciting sequel, Return to Autumn, is nearing completion. I have been in no hurry, as I can’t travel around to promote it anywhere except online, so I have been taking my time. However, I am getting excited because I know it will soon be completed. Then a final revision before it’s off to Tellwell Talent Publishing for production. I will keep you posted, so check into my official website often at: https://rusty-blackwood.com for updates as I have them.

This is a short Newsletter this month, in fact, I believe it is the shortest ever, but that is the result of having no local events or happenings. They will return, as will life in general AND on our terms, and that is something to celebrate.
I wish to thank each of you who kindly and continually supports me and my work. It means more than you realize. I also ask that you continue to support your local authors and all your local talent in the Arts.
See you next month!
Cheers!
Rusty B
