Day 3 and a Review

Day 3 and a Review

#ProudBookReviews #Review

I shall leave this up to readers to decide upon. In my opinion, the following, link below, is an unfair review, and I say this not because it did not receive a 5 or even a 4 star rating by this reviewer, but because I feel she did not understand what she was reading, or she read it out of context. She also did not appear to have read the fact that the story is to continue in the coming follow-up, Return to Autumn, which I announce at the end of The Perils of Autumn. She appears fixated on Duff Taylor, wondering why his secret is not totally revealed when in a few ways it already is, however, his comeuppance is yet to come, but he is not the main character in the story. She seemed disappointed that the story revolves around ‘Autumn’, yet she is the main character. The story also builds as it goes, and will come to its end in Return to Autumn. Yet no mention of that. As a writer and author, I have received both good and not so good reviews over the years, yet they always were fair. I was in my twenties during the 70’s and know very well what the decade was like in all its different and often misunderstood ways, which gave me a very good insight on how people acted and spoke. However, you be the judge, but I wanted to be fair to Anthea and post her review anyway. For those of you who have actually read The Perils of Autumn, I would like to hear your views.
