Romantic Fiction Author Rusty Blackwood’s October Newsletter 2014!

BOO!!! I can’t believe that the end of the month is here! This is my favourite time of year. Witches, ghosts, and goblins everywhere, and the frost is on the pumpkins for all to see and enjoy. The air is crisp, the leaves continue to fall, and may this be your best Halloween ever!

>> This has been a rather slow month for me in the literary world. No signings, readings, or events of any kind. I best enjoy it, because next month is chocked full of events every weekend, so the lull in activities of this month certainly help to make next month’s assortment even more exciting.

>> I don’t even have a new Press Release to share as this month’s is not coming out until November 4th. So I shall once again share a previous one. Topics never get old, so enjoy this one from late summer. http://www.freepublicitygroup.com/release_rusty_blackwood_romance_novel_aug114.html#

>> Reviews of one’s work is also something that is a must have, and also something that lends credibility to one’s work. I was fortunate to add two more to Passions in Paris: Revelations of a Lost Diary’s growing list of reviews.

[“What a wonderful setting for romance and passion! Rusty has us captivated right from the first few pages…you get to know the characters pretty soon after meeting them. A page turner for me, always wanted to know ‘what’s next”. Make a great movie script. 4/5 stars.

And the latest recommendation:
[Linkk Kula Kani ― A wonderful book to wrap your self into, and follow the extent that desire has on two love struck individuals and the weave of adventure, deception, and romance that keeps you glued to the various strings of events as you progress through this wonderful book.]

These are the kind of words that a writer likes to hear in regard to their work, and I thank both Ms. McNiven and Mr. Kula Kani respectively for their words.

>> Google has recently been again carrying Joe Crawford’s of the Internet radio talk show, The Joe Show Live, March interview with me. I had a hoot doing it, as can be heard within my voice, and I have to say that I look forward to doing the next one when Willow’s Walk comes out next June. Please take this link for the Cloud version, https://rusty-blackwood.com/catch-the-cloud-with-romance-novelist-rusty-blackwood/

>> Speaking of ‘Willow’s Walk’, take this link for a first look at the official cover of this daring romantic drama, https://rusty-blackwood.com/romantic-fiction-author-rusty-blackwood-offers-first-look-at-willows-walk/ I am extremely pleased with this cover and I hope it lends an interesting vibe to what awaits the reader. Work steadily continues on this romantic fiction drama, due to be released in June 2015.

>> Next month will find me kicking off my Xmas schedule at these fine outlets and events:

>> Time flies when you’re having fun — or so it is said — but I really do believe that. So on that note I shall close this Newsletter, but not before I once again thank each and every one of you that continue to support my work in the many ways that you do. I love to write, and it makes it that much more enjoyable knowing that it is both appreciated and celebrated. Comments and opinions are always welcome, regardless of topic, so drop me a line at my website, https://rusty-blackwood.com, or direct e-mail at writerrusty@hotmail.ca.

And remember, those in the Arts whose identities and work have become a household name were once unknown, that is until people took an interest and gave them a chance. The same can be said and applied to artists in your own back yard. So support them, regardless of their chosen paths in the Arts. You might find yourself pleasantly surprised if you do. Also, as Halloween rapidly approaches beware of the children out and about on the city streets, and country roads. Keep them safe, and let everyone enjoy a safe and Happy Halloween! I leave you with the words in this poem. http://poetrypoem.com/cgi-bin/index.pl?poemnumber=943154&sitename=rusty5&poemoffset=0&displaypoem=t&item=poetry

Cheers!
Rusty.
