Rusty Has Some Fun For Halloween …

‘Tis Halloween, the time for tricking and treating — it is also time for a walk on the dark side, such as this image and following poem elicits. Have you ever contemplated your final moments of life, how they will be lived out, or cut short? I’m sure all kinds of images come to mind, yet how many will be kind in their thoughts?

As a writer, I enjoy an endless and often exaggerated imagination and yes, even macabre,  such as you see above. Got to love Photoshop and ‘effects’.

Do take this secure link located below to a rewrite of my 2006 poem, Fright Night, with an entirely new direction of the story had it gone in a totally different direction. Enjoy the original; then prepare for the alternate – which could well have happened, resulting in the above graphic image.
