Part of being an author is giving interviews about your work; sometimes your life; sometimes about both, and I cannot say that it bothers me. When I first started out so many years ago, I must admit to finding questions – sometimes invasive ones – somewhat unsettling, yet after a while it no longer feels that way. After all, how can readers get to know an author without inquiring them? It’s very much like researching any outlet – or commodity if you prefer – in order to find what you like.

I’ve done many interviews thus far, and I always look forward to doing more. As a career continues, there is always something new to learn and find out about.
